I serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Fondia. As one of Fondia's Co-Founders and its CEO during the company's early years, I played a pivotal role in its growth. Now, I have returned as the CEO of this innovative legal services company, which employs 200 professionals across four countries. Fondia is notable as the first publicly listed legal services company in the Nordics, with its shares traded on Nasdaq First North Helsinki Growth Market. In 2024, Fondia's turnover totaled 26 million euros.

I serve as the Board Chair of Witted Megacorp, a new generation software consultancy company, having a network of over 3,500 ICT professionals dedicated to accelerating digital development and transformation for its clients. Witted was listed on Nasdaq First North Helsinki Growth Market in May 2022, marking the second IPO I had the privilege to be part of. In 2024, Witted's turnover totaled 53 million euros.

Heltti

I founded Heltti in 2013 and led it as CEO for ten years, after which I moved to chairman of the board. In September 2026, Heltti's occupational health business transferred to Mehiläinen. The therapy and organizational development business continues independently.

I serve as the Board Chair of Hellon, an innovation consultancy dedicated to creating value for its clients by generating new revenue streams and unique opportunities for true growth. Hellon operates in Helsinki, London and Oulu. In 2024, Hellon group's turnover was 10 million euros.

Nordic Business Group

I serve as the Board Chair of Nordic Business Group, the parent company of Nordic Business Investments and the Business Forum Group, dedicated to moving the hearts and minds of business leaders in Europe's largest business & leadership conference Nordic Business Forum and many other events.

I serve as the Board Chair of Linio Biotech, an innovative biotechnology company focused on making tissue regeneration simple, effective and accessible.

I serve as the General Counsel of First Fellow Partners, an investment company founded by Risto Siilasmaa and Kim Groop, dedicated to supporting the entrepreneurs of tomorrow. In this role, I actively negotiate new investments and exits, and provide ongoing support to First Fellow Partners' portfolio companies. First Fellow Partners has made investments into 50+ promising technology companies, of which several have grown to unicorns.
